Midway's quality department includes 2 climate controlled CMM rooms. One CMM room containing a 2018 model Wentzel LH 1210 CMM, and another containing a Wentzel LH 8.10.7 CMM.
About Us
Midway Machining LLC produces parts from a wide range of materials, including all grades of stainless steels, ultrahigh strength nickel alloys, aluminum, plastics and carbon steels. We use 3, 4 and 5 axis machining and turning centers along with a host of conventional support machinery for special and secondary machine operations.
The use of qualified and approved suppliers for specific heat treating and surface treatments enables us to provide a complete product with full material and process certification.

Midway's 5 axis milling capabilities include 5 axis mill/turning with an Okuma MU-8000V-L universal mill and turning center with a 10,000 rpm mill spindle, an Okuma millac 5 axis mill with an A/B head and a 12,000 rpm spindle, a 5 axis head/table Omnimill Model S60 and a Quazar MF400C 4+1 trunnion mill with a 10,000 rpm spindle.

Midway's lathe department specializes in turning of high temp alloys and thin walled turbine components, with decades of hard metal turning experience on such alloys as Waspalloy, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Haynes High Temp Alloys.
